I. Company Overview
Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2020) and Dayone has joined hands with SEA’s Loyalty leader to launch a new Loyalty platform Buzz It (2024).
Established in 2015, Got It is the original, largest, and most trusted digital voucher, loyalty, and gifting solutions platform in Vietnam. Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients. Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales. Scan It makes consumer shopping rewarding and fun, whilst growing customer loyalty.
Buzz It is a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet diverse needs of businesses. Buzz It brings an end-to-end solutions from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns.

II. What you need to do
Approach and secure new merchants to join Got It.
Building and maintaining relationships with merchants and key personnel within.
Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their sales and services.
Communicate to merchants via newsletters and phone conversations.
Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Accounting, CS, PD team).
Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by merchants and clients.
Carrying out merchant satisfaction surveys and reviews.
Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
Ensuring account managers are aware of changes within merchants.
Passing leads to the merchant team and following up on progress.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure merchant and client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Provide ideas and execute the marketing campaign between Got It and the merchant.
Conduct promotion reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the campaigns.
III. What you should have
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Previous digital partnership/ merchant relationship experience/ marketing field or brand management is desired as is an organized approach to work.
Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
