I. Company Overview

Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2020) and Dayone has joined hands with SEA’s Loyalty leader to launch a new Loyalty platform Buzz It (2024). 

Established in 2015, Got It is the original, largest, and most trusted digital voucher, loyalty, and gifting solutions platform in Vietnam. Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients. Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales. Scan It makes consumer shopping rewarding and fun, whilst growing customer loyalty Buzz It is a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet diverse needs of businesses.

Buzz It brings an end-to-end solutions from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns.

II. What you need to do

  • Building up a team with sales-driven and teamwork spirit.
  • Setting goals and developing strategies for business and revenue growth to ensure that the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met in terms of revenue, profit, and finance.
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
  • Improving Sales Process & Appealing Commission Scheme for Sales Team; Competitive Commercial Terms for B2B Clients.
  • Supporting team to pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
  • Supporting the product development focusing on customer success and engagement.
  • Maintain proper coordination among internal teams - project management, including response to complaints (if any) and resolving issues aimed at customer contentment and preserving the company’s reputation.
  • Providing relevant reports to BOD on demand or on a periodical basis.
  • Keeping learning and observing the market to support the product development in next phases.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Line manager.

III. What you should have

  • Minimum 05 years proven business development success with experience at the Senior Manager level; Experience in Banking/Finance industries are advantages.
  • Curiosity about technology, hunger for knowledge.
  • Autonomy & assertiveness with the skill of painting visions (we do not sell a finished product).
  • Achievement Orientation.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with ability to explain value proposition of our products and services.
  • Genuine people management skills that gain respect through collaboration.
  • Self-starter, who is assertive, persistent, and resilient, goal oriented and focused on their performance to close on win/win contracts.
  • Strategic thinker, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, both independently and as a team player.
  • Problem solving mindset; ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-moving environments, and in informal, loosely structured, and creative work environments.
  • Advanced interpersonal, English written & verbal communication skills – for both external and internal audiences.
  • Most importantly, you will be honest and of the highest integrity and you will be proud of the reputation you have gained as you continue to grow.
