Internal Communication Executive

Buzz It is a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet diverse needs of businesses. Buzz It brings an end-to-end solutions from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns.

II. What you need to do 

Internal Activities:

• Brainstorm, plan, and execute internal events including but not limited to internal activities, holidays, happy hour, company trips/team-building, etc.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication plan on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. 
• Collect and analyze data through surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives.

Employer Branding:

• Create and distribute engaging content for social media such as LinkedIn and Company blogs. 
• Corporate with Talent Acquisition Team to design and executive campaigns, minigames, and other events aimed at enhancing employer branding and attracting talents.

Others:

• Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

III. What you should have 

• At least 3+ years of experience in internal communication/engagement field.
• Can-do attitude with team-work spirit & always eager to learn new things.
• Sociable and be able to connect others.
• Ability to content creation design simple materials is plus.
• Good at Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Gmail.
