Support to setup to create Acc for old/new Client on System.
Processing orders on system and Reconciliation: Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details; Receiving and processing purchase orders on system; Liaise with other departments to ensure timely deliveries; Issuing sales transaction invoices with accounting team.
Processing orders with payment via Payoo: Verification of price & fees according to regulations.
Processing orders on Ecommerce: Track, check to receive orders from customers buying online. Processing orders for delivery.
Make sales reports and redemption reports for Sales Team or Client.
Track orders running campaign, interact with related departments to collect acceptance data, provide accounting to perform payment reconciliation.
After-sales services: Receive and support the internal handling of product- related after providing to customers at customer's request. Problem solving for any issues might occur – cooperate/align with Sales before acting.
Handle requests for other tasks as directed by Line management or Superior management.
Minimum 03+ years of experience at relevant positions; Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
Hands on experience with CRM software, handle Order on system and MS Office (MS Excel in particular); Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Careful and detail-oriented.
Honest and trustworthy.
Honest communication, team player, comfortable dealing with middle management at large International and Vietnamese corporations if any.
Basic english is required.
